Frozen Mango Margarita

2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (30 ml)
6 Tbsp mango puree (90 ml)
4 Tbsp orange liqueur (60 ml)
4 Tbsp tequila (60 ml)
4 Tbsp simple syrup (60 ml)
1 ½ cup crushed ice cubes (375 ml)
lime wedge, for rim of glass
salt or sugar, for rim of glass
1. Moisten the rims of two 6-ounce margarita glasses or martini glasses with lime wedge. Add a layer of sugar or salt to a small plate or container. Dip the rim of the glass in sugar or salt.
2. Add lime juice, mango puree, orange liqueur, tequila, simple syrup and crushed ice to a blender and blend until smooth. Check for seasoning and adjust taste with lime juice or simple syrup. Blend again until smooth. Makes two-6 ounce drinks.
