Directions for: Fruit Salad Smoothie


1 banana

10 grapes, seedless

1 kiwi, peeled

1 apple, cored and chopped

1/2 cantaloupe, peeled and seeded

½ cup blueberries

½ cup strawberries

½ cup raspberries

½ cup frozen or fresh mango

3 cup orange juice


1. Put all ingredients into a large heavy pitcher and puree with a hand blender until smooth. You may also use a stand blender.
