Gin and Tonic with Cucumbers and Lemongrass

Try Chuck Hughes' highball gin and tonic cocktail mixed in with fresh mint and cucumbers.
8 oz gin
2 lemongrass, cut in half lengthwise
2 limes, quartered
1 cucumber, cubed
4 sprig of mint
20 oz tonic water
1. Place a few cucumber pieces at the bottom of a glass with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint. Slightly muddle the mixture.
2. Fill glass with ice. Add gin and tonic water. Garnish with a stick of lemongrass.
