Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Place fillets on greased or foil lined rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Stir mayonnaise with chosen variation (1 or 2) of ingredients; spread over fish.
Step 4
Roast for calculated time: 10 minutes per inch or when fish flakes easily with tested with fork.
