Marinade

small cloves garlic, minced
tsp Dijon mustard

cup honey

coarse salt and pepper
Poussins

whole poussin

Tbsp oil, canola, for rubbing poussins, plus more for oiling grill
coarse salt, and freshly ground pepper

Step 1
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and put it in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the poussins and turn to coat with the marinade.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 4
Rub poussins lightly all over with oil and season with some salt and pepper.
Step 5
Put the poussins in a roasting pan and put them in the oven.
Step 6
Roast the poussins about 35 minutes or until done.
Step 7
Serve with Provencal-style vegetables.
