Mac & Cheese Cone

775 g elbow macaroni

2 cup cream cheese, softened

450 g American cheese, cubed

225 g Asiago cheese, grated

1 L half and half cream

3 cup Bacon Bling

Bacon Bling

450 g bacon, diced

1 large red onion, diced

2 tart apples, diced

3 Tbsp liquid smoke

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 cup barbeque sauce


Mac & Cheese Cone

1. Heat ingredients in a large pot on low heat, stirring regularly, until the cheeses are melted and incorporated. Spoon mac-n-cheese into a large malted cone and top with “Bacon Bling.”

Bacon Bling

1. Cook bacon, onions and apples on medium-high heat until the bacon is crispy. Add liquid smoke, balsamic vinegar and BBQ sauce. Cook until thick and caramelized – about one hour.
