Directions for: Ham, Salsa and Monterey Jack Sandwich


4 crusty bread rolls or 8 slices of multi-grain bread

8 slices ham or roast pork

4 leaves lettuce leaves

4 slices Canadian Monterey Jack cheese

½ cup (125 ml) store-bought salsa


1. Cut bread in half.

2. Top bottom half with lettuce, ham and Monterey Jack.

3. Spread top half with salsa.
