This delicious dip is quick to put together and goes great when served hot with veggies, nacho chips or crackers.

tsp canola or olive oil

cup red onion

tsp garlic

g package chopped spinach

cup artichoke hearts (canned or jarred in water)

g package light cream cheese

cup 1% milk

Tbsp light parmesan

twists of fresh pepper
Single serve containers

cup salsa

Step 1
Heat oil in a non-stick stovetop fry pan at medium low heat.
Step 2
Finely chop onions, adding to the pan as you cut. Sauté onions until soft and translucent. Add garlic.
Step 3
Squish a little of the liquid from spinach and add to pan.
Step 4
Slice artichokes and add.
Step 5
Cube cream cheese and add.
Step 6
Add milk, parmesan and pepper. Stir until well combined and all the cheese has melted.
Step 7
Freeze in small, single-serve containers.
Step 8
Fold in salsa just before serving.
