Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay a piece of parchment paper at the bottom of a 9 x 9″ pan, and coat the sides with butter. In a large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and kosher salt, then pour it into the wet mixture in batches, mixing as you go.
Mix in the white chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Separate the batter into two sections and spread one portion into the baking pan.
Bake for 25 minutes, let cool for 15, and then repeat with the second half of the batter.
When cooled, cut them it into 16 squares.
While the Blondies are baking, you can make the frosting. Simply beat the unsalted butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk in a medium-sized bowl.
Once the Blondies are cooled, spread the frosting over them.
Place the crumbled Golden Oreos on top and press them down lightly to ensure they stay put.
Package them in pretty little bags, and you’ve got the perfect, sweetest holiday treat.
