ingredients
Holiday Ham
Sauce
directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large stockpot, combine ham with the rest of the ingredients (except the cloves) and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool, then remove ham from pot. Peel skin and cut away the top layer of fat.
Using a paring knife, gently cut the top of ham in diagonal patterns to form diamond shapes. Place a clove at the corner of each diamond. Place ham into an ovenproof dish and spoon sauce over it. Bake in oven, basting every 10 minutes with remaining sauce, until it is light brown in color, about 20-25 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, brown sugar, honey, and clove. Set aside.
