cup mixed nuts (500 ml)

Tbsp toasted cumin seeds (30 ml)

Tbsp toasted coriander seeds (30 ml)

Tbsp toasted caraway seeds (15 ml)

tsp cayenne pepper (1 ml)

Tbsp orange flower water (15 ml)

Tbsp honey (15 ml)

Tbsp vegetable oil (30 ml)
Sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
Grind the cumin seed, coriander seed and caraway in a spice grinder. Combine with the cayenne, orange flower water and honey. Put the vegetable oil into a large sauté pan and add the nuts. Let them heat up slowly and then add the spice mixture. Toss well and then spread the nuts onto a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper and roast until the nuts are dry and golden. Cool the nuts and serve. Store in an airtight container.
