1 cup mayonnaise
5 inch piece of horseradish root – use about 4 big tablespoons, grated
The juice of ¼ lemon
A dash of Tabasco or your favourite bottled hot sauce
A pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1. Use a vegetable peeler or a knife to peel the surface skin off of the horseradish root.
2. Using a microplane grater, grate up about 4 hefty tablespoons of the stuff.
3. Add to your mayonnaise and add remaining ingredients. Cover and let rest in the fridge until ready to use.
