slices bread, crusts removed

Tbsp (15 mL) Lactantia Salted Butter
1
small onion, finely chopped
⅓
cup (75 mL) evaporated milk

Tbsp (30 mL) chutney, chopped
1 ½
Tbsp (25 mL) Dijon mustard
¼
tsp (1 mL) curry powder
½
pkg (200 g) Black Diamond Extra Old Cheddar Cheese, finely diced

Step 1
Brush twelve 2 1/2-inch (6 cm) muffin cups with half of the melted Lactantia butter.
Step 2
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
Step 3
Cut a 3 1/2-inch (9cm) round from each slice.
Step 4
Press bread rounds into muffin cups; brush edges lightly with remaining melted butter.
Step 5
Divide cheese between the 12 prepared crusts.
Step 6
In a medium bowl add onion, milk, chutney, mustard and curry powder. Mix well; pour over each prepared cup.
Step 7
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven 15 min or until set.
