Marinated artichokes

Roasted red peppers

Slices of cheddar, Havarti, Gouda, Swiss or other

Black or green olive tapenade

Caramelized onions or roasted garlic

Assortment of greens including spinach, arugula, boston lettuce, or other

any mustards, including Dijon, grainy, yellow, pommery, etc.

fruit chutney such as mango or plum

mayo, or flavoured aioli such as herb or garlic

whipped flavoured butters

Whipped cream cheese
