A quick and easy summertime side made with fresh herbs, mayo, Greek yogurt and a chopped jalapeno for a touch of heat.

cup nonfat yogurt or low-fat Greek yogurt

cup buttermilk

Tbsp mayonnaise

Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

scallions, chopped

clove garlic, chopped

tsp chopped jalapeno

tsp chipotle powder
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

(14-oz) bag coleslaw mix

Step 1
In a blender or mini food processor, combine the yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of the cilantro, half of the scallions, the garlic, jalapenos, chipotle powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper. Process until smooth.
Step 2
Put the coleslaw, the remaining 2 tablespoons cilantro and the remaining scallions in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat.
