Ingredients

2 tablespoons Jasmine Dragon Tear Tea

½ lemon, squeezed

1 ounce Cointreau

1 ounce VSOP Cognac

Directions

1. Prepare Jasmine dragon tear tea by seeping for 15 minutes in 80 degree water. In a cocktail shaker with ice add lemon juice, cointreau, VSOP cognac and 6 ounces of Jasmine tea. Shake and strain in a martini glass. Sprinkle some dried fruit berry tea and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
