Directions for: Key Lime Pie


3 egg yolks, beaten

1 can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk

½ cup (125 mL) lime juice

2 or 3 drops green food colouring (optional)

1 (9"/23 cm) graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust

Frozen whipped topping, thawed


1. Whisk together egg yolks, Eagle Brand, lime juice and food colouring, if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.

2. Bake in preheated 325F (160C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
