egg yolks, beaten
1
can (300 mL) Regular or Low Fat Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
½
cup (125 mL) lime juice
2
or 3 drops green food colouring (optional)
1
(9"/23 cm) graham cracker or prepared frozen pie crust
Frozen whipped topping, thawed

Step 1

Whisk together egg yolks, Eagle Brand, lime juice and food colouring, if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.

Step 2

Bake in preheated 325F (160C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve topped with whipped topping or whipped cream. Garnish as desired.
