1 1 medium banana, cut into ½-inch pieces and frozen for 10-15 minutes

2 cups frozen blueberries (500 ml)

1 ½ cups yogurt or vanilla ice cream (375 ml)

½ cup milk (125 ml)

½ cup orange juice (125 ml)

¼ cup honey (60 ml), or sweetened to taste


1. Add yogurt and honey to a blender. Secure lid and blend until well incorporated. Add the orange juice, milk, frozen banana and frozen blueberry to the yogurt mixture in the blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth and frothy. Garnish with a slice of fruit, if desired. Serve immediately.
