Lisa's Peach Almond Crumble

½ cup (125 ml) flour
¼ cup (50 ml) old fashioned rolled oats
1 ¼ cup All-Bran Original* cereal or All-Bran Buds* cereal
½ cup (125 ml) sliced almonds
½ cup (125 ml) brown sugar
1 tsp (5 ml) ground cinnamon
¼ cup (50 ml) butter, softened
4 cup (1 L) peeled and sliced peaches
2 Tbsp (30 ml) honey or maple syrupTip
1. In bowl, combine flour, oats, cereal, almonds, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir in butter until well blended.
2. Spread peaches and honey evenly into a greased 2L (8-inch) square baking dish. Cover with All Bran almond topping.
3. Bake at 190?C (375?F) until crumble topping is golden and fruit is hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.Tip
1. This works with any fruit varieties. Try serving it with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
