Directions for: Marinara Pasta Sauce


1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

5 clove garlic, minced

¼ cup parsley

1 28 oz can plum tomatoes

4 fresh basil leaves

1 tsp oregano

½ tsp crushed red pepper

Salt to taste


1. Sautee garlic, oil and parsley in medium size sauce pan. Add the tomatoes and bring to a boil.

2. Lower heat. Add basil, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt. Let simmer 2-3 hours.

3. Serve immediately over your favorite pasta.
