Directions for: Melontini


1 ripe, fragrent melon

3 oz Cointreau or Triple Sec

6 oz vodka



1. Scoop out melon, transfer flesh to a blender, blend into a liquid, then press through a fine mesh strainer. Discard solids.

2. In a pitcher, mix melon juice, Cointreau and vodka. Shake over ice and strain, or for my frozen version, blend concoction with ice in a blender.
