Directions for: Mexican Dip


2 avocadoes

1 lime, juiced

1 green onion, finely chopped

2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

hot pepper sauce, to taste

salt and pepper

¾ cup seeded, diced plum tomatoes (about 3 tomatoes)

1 ¼ cup sour cream

¾ cup seeded, diced cucumber

1 ¼ cup store-bought salsa

½ cup grated sharp orange cheddar
