Michael's Grilled Chicken Wings

24 whole chicken wings
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon marmalade (heaping)
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 drops sesame oil
2 tablespoons soya sauce
2 dashes hot sauce
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1. Preheat your grill to high. Meanwhile toss the wings with a splash or two of vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill on one side until golden brown and crispy. Flip and continue to grill until wings are cooked through, about 15 minutes.
2. Meanwhile whisk all the remaining ingredients together until smooth. When the wings are done either toss them in the sauce or save the sauce for dipping.
