green cabbage, thinly sliced

red cabbage, thinly sliced

mango, peeled and thinly sliced

red onion, thinly sliced

cup cilantro, chopped
⅓
cup maple syrup
¼
cup apple cider vinegar

tsp hot pepper flakes or chipotle in adobo sauce

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine green and red cabbage, mango, red onion and cilantro. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, vinegar, hot pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss well to coat.
