Directions for: Pan Roast Pork Chops


2 thick centre loin pork chops

1 Tbsp oil

1 Tbsp butter

Salt and pepper


1. Preheat a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Add the oil and butter and pause until the butter begins to brown. Meanwhile dry the chops well on paper towel, season them with salt and pepper then add to the hot pan. Sear for two minutes or so on each side. Reduce pan heat to medium low, cover tightly and cook for a further ten minutes.
