Pasta Salad with Ricotta and Ham

This new twist on a classic pasta salad will have your whole family looking forward to your next summer barbeque!
¾ cup (180 ml) Canadian Ricotta
½ cup (125 ml) milk
3 Tbsp (45 ml) whole-grain mustard
¼ cup (60 ml) fresh chives, chopped
1 Salt and freshly ground pepper
6 cup (1.5 L) short pasta, regular or whole wheat, cooked
1 ½ cup (375 ml) carrots, peeled and grated
1 cup (250 ml) celery, diced
1 ½ cup (375 ml) broccoli florets, raw or blanched
1 cup (250 ml) ham, finely dicedTips
1. In a large bowl, whip Ricotta with milk.
2. Add mustard and chives, and season.
