This “thunderful” addition do your menu will really jazz things up! As the pink lemon is a new (and relatively rare) product, this recipe can be created with regular lemons (especially Eurekas, as the pink lemons are nearly identical in taste).Courtesy of Limoneira.

oz peach liqueur

oz pineapple juice

strawberries

chunk mango

oz vodka

splash pink lemon juice

splash crème de cassis

Step 1
Mix everything in a blender with 5-6 ice cubes for 10 seconds. Pour into glass. Garnish with piece of pink lemon.
