Step 1
Juice rhubarb, straining with chinois until no pulp remains.
Step 2
Add agave syrup and water. Divide liquid into 2 x 750 mL bottles, and carbonate using a C02 cylinder or soda siphon.
Step 3
Seal, refrigerate, and enjoy at your leisure!
