Roast Chicken Wings

Succulent roast chicken wings, prepared and minutes and oven-roasted for about an hour. Spice up your weeknight dinner or next party!
12 chicken wings
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 heaping tsp of your favourite herb or spice, like thyme, curry or chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF and turn on your convection oven if you have one.
2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl large enough to allow room for tossing. Add the wings and toss until thoroughly and evenly coated. Arrange the wings on a baking tray and cook until they are crispy brown on the outside but still juicy on the inside, about an hour.
