Directions for: Root Veggie “French Fries”

Ingredients

4 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 turnip, peeled and cut into large "French fries"

Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 375F. Toss the turnips with the oil, salt and pepper. Spread out on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown and tender.
