cup (2L) assorted lettuce greens (curly endive, arugula or Spring mix), shredded

oz (250 g) smoked salmon
5
oz (150 g) Canadian edam, diced
2
Tbsp (30 ml) capers, drained
1
canola oil
1
freshly ground pepper to taste

Step 1
Divide lettuce greens among 6 serving plates
Step 2
Top with smoked salmon and Canadian edam
Step 3
Garnish with capers and drizzle with canola oil. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately
