Tips: You can always substitute dry herbs for fresh. Just use 1 teaspoon of dry in place of 1 tablespoon of fresh. This recipe will work with a variety of different fish. Try it with swordfish, tuna, or your favourite!

oz (565 g) salmon, skinless, cut into 4 portions
½
carton (240 mL) CAMPBELL'S® Stock First™ Cream Stock
2
clove garlic, finely chopped

Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
1
Tbsp (15 mL) fresh fill, chopped

Step 1

Place salmon in a non-stick pan on medium-high heat. Do not touch or move for 3 minutes. Turn salmon over and cook an additional 1 minute.

Step 2

Blend stock, garlic, lemon juice, and dill together in a bowl. Add to the pan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Step 3

Serve with your favourite side dish and vegetables.
