cup (1 L) cooked pasta (try fusilli or penne for variety)

can (6 oz) flakes of ham, drained and flaked

oz (125 g) Black Diamond Medium Cheddar Cheese or Black Diamond Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
½
cup (125 mL) thinly sliced green onion
½
cup (125 mL) finely chopped red pepper
¼
cup (60 mL) chopped parsley
⅔
cup (150 mL) mayonnaise

Tbsp (30 mL) Dijonnaise creamy mustard blend
½
cup (125 mL) Beatrice milk
1
Tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
¼
tsp (1 mL) ground ginger
salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine pasta, ham, Black Diamond Cheese, green onion, red pepper, and parsley.
Step 2
Combine mayonnaise, dijonnaise, Beatrice Milk, lemon juice, and ginger; add to pasta mixture and toss.
Step 3
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bed of your favourite greens if desired.
