1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13" baking dish with parchment. Lightly butter and set aside. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
2. Pour digestive cookie crumbs and granulated sugar into a large bowl. Melt butter on medium heat and add to bowl. Stir to combine until they begin to stick together then pour into prepared pan and flatten with spoon or fingers.
3. Pour almonds, then white chocolate, then Skor Bar chunks, then coconut then dark chocolate chips on top of crumbs to form separate layers. Pour sweetened condensed milk on top of chocolate chips and bake bars in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until caramelized. Cool and cut into bars.
