Ginger & Pineapple Vodka Spritzer

1 ounce fresh pineapple, peeled and cored

1 small sprig fresh cilantro

½ ounce fresh ginger root

1 small wedge lime

1 ounce sugar syrup

2 ounces vodka

3 ounces club soda

Spicy Thai Basil and Mint Mojito

1 ounce sugar syrup

1 lime leaf

2 small mint leaves

2 large leaves Thai Opal basil

2 ounces white rum

1 bird's eye chili pepper

2 ounces club soda

Lychee, Lime and Vodka Icicle

½ tablespoon lime zest, grated

juice of 1/2 lime

1 ounce lychee juice

1 ½ ounces lychee liqueur

1 ½ ounces vodka

1 ½ cups crushed ice

1 tablespoon ginger root sugar syrup


Ginger & Pineapple Vodka Spritzer

1. Muddle the pineapple, cilantro, ginger and lime together with the sugar syrup. Add 1 cup of small ice cubes and vodka- shake well and pour into a tall zombie glass. Top the drink with the club soda and serve.

Spicy Thai Basil and Mint Mojito

1. Muddle the sugar syrup with the lime leaf, basil and fresh mint. Add the rum and 1 cup of ice. Shake well and pour into a tall Zombie glass- add 1 whole Thai red chili pepper and club soda and serve.

Lychee, Lime and Vodka Icicle

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth and icy. Pour into a tall zombie glass and serve.
