stalks fresh lemongrass

slices galangal

piece shallots

clove garlic

tsp coriander powder

tsp cumin powder

tsp tumeric powder

oz beef striploin

zucchini (cubed)

pint cherry tomato
1
fresh pineapple (sliced)

long tamarind skewers

Step 1
Cube beef and set aside.
Step 2
When ready to skewer, include zucchini, pineapple & tomato between beef cubes. Brush grill with oil & cook for 15 minutes turning frequently.
Step 3
Squeeze fresh lime juice over skewers just prior to serving.
