Combine first 5 dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cut in lactose free margarine with pastry blender or 2 knives to make small crumbs. Stir in raisins. Combine lemon juice and Natrel Lactose Free Milk. Let stand 5 minutes then stir. Add milk mixture to flour mixture, stirring just until moistened. Dough will be crumbly. Turn out onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly 12-15 times, or until a smooth ball forms. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Pat dough out to a circle about 7” (18 cm) in diameter. With sharp knife, score top of dough with a large X. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden. Serve warm.
Tip:
· A sprinkling of sugar on top before baking adds a nice touch.
