Spiced Grilled Vegetables

¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon garam masala
¼ cup dried fenugreek leaves, crushed
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt
2 cobs corn, husked
4 portobello mushrooms, stems and gills removed
1 red pepper, seeds removd and cut in half
1 yellow pepper, seeds removed and cut in half
1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Put oil, spices and salt into a small bowl and stir. Brush onto vegetables and grill until they are tender-crisp and slightly charred around the edges, brushing more spice oil onto them as they grill. Cut into bite sized pieces and serve on a platter or as a side dish.
