1 tablespoon vegetable oil

250 grams king shrimp, raw

50 grams mange tout peas

1 red pepper, sliced

1 sachet Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce


1. Heat the oil in a wok and add the shrimp, stir fry for 1 minute.

2. Add the vegetables and stir fry for a further minute.

3. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 1 minute.

4. Serve with rice or noodles.
