cup water

sprig fresh thyme

ounce Bombay Gin
1 ½
ounce blueberry juice

ounce lime juice

ounce Thyme-Infused Simple Syrup

Step 1
In saucepan over low heat, combine water and sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add thyme sprigs. Steep for 15 minutes and strain. Cool to room temperature.
Step 2
To make cocktail, combine all ingredients and shake over ice. Fine strain into chilled martini glass.
