loaf Italian bread, sliced in half lengthwise

large tomatoes, sliced

Step 1

Combine Knorr® Lipton Recipe® Savoury Herb with Garlic Soup Mix with olive oil in small bowl. Brush onto both halves of bread. Arrange on baking sheet and broil until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes. Evenly top bread with tomatoes, then cheese. Broil until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes. Slice and serve.
