Sidewalk Citizen Staple Sourdough Loaf

tsp garlic powder

Slow Roasted Sunset Campari Tomatoes

Sunset Campari tomatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Roasted Garlic

cloves garlic, peeled
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
½
tsp water

Nuh Gana Dressing (6-8 servings)

red sweet pepper, roasted, peeled and deveined

cloves Roasted Garlic

Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Tbsp white wine vinegar

Salad Mix (2 servings)

cups loosely-packed baby kale
2
cups loosely-packed baby arugula
½
cup torn fresh basil leaves
2
cups torn Boston bibb lettuce

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 2

Slice sourdough loaf widthwise into ½-inch-thick slices. Mix all ingredients together and using a pastry brush, distribute mixture on 4 slices of sourdough.

Step 3

Toast bread in oven 6 minutes. Let cool on baking tray.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 5

Toss whole Sunset Campari tomatoes gently with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in oven for 16 minutes.

Step 6

Cool on baking tray until room temperature. Store gently until service as they are meant to be blistered but intact for service.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Step 8

Toss garlic cloves with olive oil, salt, pepper and water. Place garlic cloves on prepared baking sheet and cover tightly with aluminium foil. Bake for 45 minutes or until cloves are tender. Let cool on baking tray.

Step 9

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.

Step 10

Gently toss ingredients together to combine.
