sweet onion, chopped

sun-dried tomatoes, sliced into slivers

- 7 cremini mushrooms, chopped

clove fresh garlic, chopped

Tbsp fresh chives, chopped

tsp hot chile flakes

Tbsp chia seeds, soaked in 4 Tbsp water until they turn pudding-like

Tbsp wheat-free organic tamari sauce

kg organic lean ground turkey

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Chop vegetables and set aside.
Step 3
Place ground turkey in a large bowl. Combine whisked egg and tamari with turkey.
Step 4
Add vegetables and spices then mix everything with hands. Form into balls.
Step 5
Bake for 7-9 minutes then flip them over and cook for additional 7-9 minutes.
Step 6
Enjoy on bed of arugula or something fresh and festive.
