Directions for: Vanilla Buttercream Icing


1 cup (250 mL) butter, softened

3 oz (90g) cream cheese, softened

4 ½ cup (1.125L) icing sugar

tsp (7 mL) vanilla extract


1. In a bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Reduce speed to low, and add icing sugar, one cup at a time, beating after each addition until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
