g bag broccoli, carrots and caulfilower frozen vegetable mix

cup (125 mL) canned chickpeas, drained

jar (341 mL) VH® Tikka Masala Sauce

cup (175 mL) fresh baby spinach

Step 1

Combine the vegetable broth, frozen vegetables, chick peas and VH® Tikka Masala Sauce in a medium saucepot. Bring to a simmer and cook until all ingredients are heated through, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 2

Stir in spinach and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is slightly wilted.

Step 3

Tip: Serve over rice for a hearty meatless meal.
