Warm Lemon Rosemary Olives

3 cup (750 mL) mixed olives
2 sprig fresh rosemary
1 tsp (5 mL) dried red pepper, crushed
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest
1 tsp (5 mL) olive oil
rosemary sprig and lemon rind strips for garnish
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200ºC). Place first 4 ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with oil.
2. Fold foil over olive mixture, and pinch edges to seal. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Garnish, if desired.
