Warming Tea

Food Network Canada

Recipe by Doug DiPasquale, Holistic Nutritionist.

This is a great alternative to processed hot chocolate or coffee to warm up with next to the fire on a cold winter night. The spices warm you from the inside out, and it’s so delicious. Adding the nut milk and honey at the end (without cooking them) keep all the nutrients and enzymes* intact.
