Directions for: Watermelon and Basil Salad


Half a watermelon, rind removed and flesh cut into 1 inch cubes

1 large bunch fresh basil, sliced thinly

¼ cup olive oil

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper


1. Toss everything together in a large salad bowl.
