White Bean Dip

A refreshing snack, appetizer or side that's perfect for a party or patio!

1 540 mL can Romano beans, drained and rinsed
10-12 basil leaves
8 leaves mint
4 clove garlic, peeled
1 tsp salt
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and buzz until combined and smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with crackers, veggies, or as a sandwich spread.
