cup milk
2
cup half-and-half cream
8
oz white chocolate, chopped
2
Tbsp sugar
2
tsp vanilla extract
2
oz brandy, optional
cinnamon sticks, for garnish

Step 1
Pour milk and cream into a heavy- bottomed pot and heat over medium low heat for 5 minutes. Stir in white chocolate, sugar and vanilla extract until melted.
Step 2
For a grown-up treat, stir in brandy.
Step 3
Pour White Hot Chocolate into mugs and add a cinnamon stick.
